Bundjalung Fitness is a personal fitness and training business run by Luke Simpson.
We offer individual and group sessions and tailor our programs to the specific needs of our members. We aim to develop long term relationships with our clients and offer mentoring and assistance to people with little or no experience.
We believe that access to good health and fitness belongs to all people who feel a need to pay some attention to improving their physical appearance, as well as tackling the issues which block them from taking their first step towards a healthier life. It’s never too late to start!
We work with youth and elders alike, as well as running programs for people with both physical and intellectual disabilities. As our motto says: “You don’t have to be great to start, but to be great you have to start”.
We provide single sessions as well as short term and long term membership programs for both indigenous and non-indigenous people of all ages. We work towards bridging the gap between generations as well as different cultures and lifestyles.
Bundjalung Fitness is a fully registered and insured business.
- Single Sessions/Fitness Assessment $40 for 45 – 60 minutes
- Weekly Membership $35 p/w which gives access to all classes run by Bundjalung Fitness as well as access to customised information as well as gym planning/programs
